All rights are reserved regarding the tradename/trademark, logo, symbols, combination mark of Chatmon, Willie Jr d/b/a CRYPTORALAND™ and www.cryptoraland.com (Cryptoraland), including but not limited to the trade rights and beneficial interest. Said tradename/trademark may neither be used, nor reproduced in whole nor in part, nor in any manner whatsoever without the prior, express, written acknowledgment and consent of the Chatmon, Willie Jr. 

 

Any person or persons who uses or aid and abets in the use of Cryptoraland marks (e.g. name, signature, autograph, seals, prints, likeness, photos, graphics, logos, symbols, etc.) for any reason, not limited to commercial or non-commercial purposes, fraud in the factum, forgery, duress, deforcement, deceit, coercion, or volitional breach of unalienable rights without Cryptoraland’s preauthorized permission and voluntary consent on, but not limited to goods, services, legal or non-legal documents of all kinds, wrappers, articles delivered in connection with the service or action, or in any other fashion rendered in such a way that it dilutes the distinctive quality of Cryptoraland’s marks, or that creates the likelihood of confusion with Cryptoraland’s marks; use for self-incrimination, slander, or negative impacts on community standing or reputation is liable for infringement and a civil wrong (tort). Liability for infringement involves the potential for significant civil tort and liability including interest. Any immunity, whether absolute or limited, are not protective in acts of bad faith against Cryptoraland.

 

All the authorship rights of all textual, photographic, video, audio, and combined audiovisual programs and products resulting from Cryptoraland are protected, and remedy and all rights thereto are exclusively owned and created for the benefit of the beneficial and capital interest owners.

 

Any person who extorts, displays, reproduces, copies, creates derivative works, pirates, or sells Cryptoraland’s textual, numeral, photographic, video, or audiovisual programs for commercial or non-commercial purposes without expressed written permission violates Cryptoraland’s rights and is liable under equity and subject to damages. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the direction of Cryptoraland.

 

In the event that any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in this agreement, the prevailing party in such dispute shall be entitled to recover from the losing party all fees, costs and expenses agreement of enforcing any right of such prevailing party under or with respect to this, including without limitation, such reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs and expenses of appeals.
